What It’s About
Co-parenting can be one of the most rewarding—and sometimes one of the most challenging—aspects of raising children. This class is designed to support parents who are navigating shared parenting across two households and want to build more ease, consistency, and collaboration into their co-parenting relationship.
In this class, we’ll explore how to move from conflict to connection by creating shared expectations, establishing clear boundaries, and developing a united approach to parenting. You’ll learn science-backed strategies for improving communication, reducing power struggles, and keeping the focus on what matters most: your child’s well-being.
We’ll cover how to manage differences in parenting styles without letting those differences create division, and how to respond to disagreements in a way that models emotional regulation and mutual respect. You’ll also explore ways to support smoother transitions between homes, create consistent routines, and develop co-parenting agreements that actually work in real life.
This class is especially helpful for parents who feel stuck in communication patterns that aren’t working, who are facing challenges in aligning parenting rules or values, or who want to create more stability for their children amid change. Whether your relationship with your co-parent is strained or cooperative, this class offers tools you can use to improve the dynamic and strengthen your child’s sense of security.
You’ll leave with practical, compassionate strategies you can apply right away—strategies that honor your unique situation and support your desire to show up as the kind of parent you want to be.
