What It’s About
Children today are growing up in a digital world, and navigating screen time can feel overwhelming. With so many mixed messages and changing recommendations, it’s understandable to wonder: How much is too much? What’s healthy? How do I even begin to set boundaries that actually work?
This Free Parenting Class will walk you through evidence-based approaches for implementing screen time guidelines that support your child’s well-being and development. If your child is between the ages of 3-13, this class will help you create a personalized plan that promotes connection, consistency, and calm in your home.
We’ll explore what research says about screen time and child development, and how to integrate structure and flexibility into your daily routines. You’ll also gain tools to reduce power struggles, replace screens with meaningful alternatives, and model healthy digital habits for your children—no matter their age or learning style.
